It is a a factory defect. Want to give it back to y'all and my money back. Fit and finish is as close to perfect as you can expect. Color matching is perfect. I am 6' 2" tall and my wife is 5'2" tall, I do not have an issue closing the back window, but she is about 10 inches to short. I added a rope to the back window so she can close it. I wish that a attachment point for a rope was provided from the factory for the tall cap.
