The ladder racks would seem to have better support if the front and rear legs were longer. The new Ford compatible locks seem to be fairly problematic. The first one came in damaged , the liner was not complete on interior and the workmanship was very inferior. Holes drilled twice for rear window. The installers should be trained to install accessories properly. The jet rack was a complete mystery to the fellow who installed mine. The build quality is good. This is my third A.R.E top. My major complaint is with A.R.E, their customer service is horrible. I’ve have spent 3-4 hours on hold with their customer service and still haven’t talked with anyone from A.R.E. The only reason I purchased the top from them is because they make quality tops. I have some other issues. My key doesn’t always work in the back door all the time. Also, the way that the top fits rubbed the paint off of my tailgate. I really don’t have the time to deal wih going back to the place that installed it for a third time.
