I purchased the classic shell for my gladiator and it leaks badly. The dealers response was that all shells leak. I have had several others that did not leak. This shell does have gaps where the swingup rear window meets the shell at the lower corners that will allow some water intrusion but the shell leaks around the windows as well. The screws holding the window do not look well placed as some are angled and the frame is bent from the force of tightening them. The dealer's response is just to offer to replace the window seal at my expense since it has been two years. However, I did begin asking them to address this within the first year.
