My first A.R.E. cap was for my 1997 Dodge Dakota truck, which served me well for 18 years. In August 2014, I purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat, and immediately began looking to A.R.E. for a cap. I found what I was looking for at Kar-Kraft in Sanford, NC. After sorting through a wide number of options, I settled on the cap that will protect my gear for the next eighteen years, as it has done for the previous years. I'll use the cap to transport cycling, hunting and fishing gear, and the occasional stack of ply wood. I am please with my new cap, especially the internal LED lighting option.
